What we focus on becomes our truth. Our day to day focus controls our mindset. It’s an interesting human trait that we often focus on the things we have no control over. In today’s Midweek Mindset Re-set video, I suggest you focus on what you can control.
Make your midweek mindset reset about supporting yourself to choose what you focus on. It’s so easy right now to be overwhelmed. Choose not to be. This choice, to focus on the things that you can control, is not a selfish one. It’s a choice to support a postiive mindset and as a result you will find the impact everywhere.
Changing our focus, the habits we create, takes time and practice, so don’t expect to get this on day one. Keep reminding yourself, you can focus on the things you can control. It’s a good decision. You deserve to keep going and become really good at doing this.
