Business Development Masterclass Series

When you started your business, like most of us, you’d have had little training on how to make your dreams a reality, how to develop a business plan or how to sell yourself to potential clients. After 15 years in a Corporate career and now more than 20 years as an entrepreneur and small business investor, I’ve created a series of Masterclasses to help you take your business to the place you’ve always believed it could be.

From business networking to your reputation, from how to create a marketing plan for the short, medium and long-term to where to find the elusive ‘Ideal Client’ everyone talks about, the series of six Masterclass topics will provide you with actionable steps and tools to make real progress and change.

The Masterclass Series will be online, using zoom, and will be in the form of live training and discussion events, in one of the following formats:

  1. A half-day Masterclass Focus Session – lasting four hours, with a maximum of six attendees. We will focus on one of the six Masterclass Series topics and you will have plenty of chance to ask questions. This session can be run exclusively for your team members.
  2. A series of four, one-hour Masterclass zoom sessions, over a month. May sees us focus on Mindset and you can book a place on one, two, three or all four sessions and tickets start at just £15.00 per session. There is no limit on the number of attendees and you’ll have a chance to do some networking at the end of the session.
  3. A set of eight, pre-recorded video or audio sessions to cover the Masterclass topic at your own pace. These can be found on the front page of this site and you can purchase them from just £20 for the audio series, until the end of June 2021. Once you complete all eight, 30-minute video sessions, there is a workbook to help you complete the exercises.
